Upside Down Pineapple Whip

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz NEFT Ultra Premium Vodka
  • .5 oz pineapple gomme syrup
  • .5 oz pineapple juice
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes Scrappy's Firewater Bitters
  • 1 drop liquid smoke

Directions


  1. Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into coupe glass with Tajin rim.
  3. Garnish with Pineapple Champagne Whip and a pineapple leaf.
