Elderflower Sour

Everything you love about a sour, but with the light, sophisticated floral notes of elderflower.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz NEFT Vodka
  • .75 oz fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz egg white
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • 3 dashes Elderflower water
  • 1 dash angostura aromatic bitters
SHOP NEFT

Directions


  1. Dry Shake all ingredients in shaker tin vigorously, then add ice and shake vigorously again
  2. Double strain into martini glass
  3. Garnish with angostura pinwheel and lemon twist
